Ibiza charmed Tarja

- I just got back from Ibiza. It wasn't a beach holiday but we worked intensely the whole time. We were deeper in the island, amongst the local people. I was really taken by the place and my conception of the island changed completely, a happy Tarja Turunen said.
The singer spends her summer working on the new album.
- I'll really spend all my time with the album. I won't even do any gigs during the summer. Next I'm going to go to Ireland with my band to work on the album. We'll do long days there too. The singer doesn't have much time to enjoy Finland's summer.
- We come to Finland only to visit, we swing round Helsinki and Kuusankoski. I can only dream of a holiday now.
Tarja and her band will go on tour after the album's release in October or November.
- We will do promo earlier, but the actual tour starts next year.
The singer's husband Marcelo Cabuli goes with Tarja all the time.
- We're always together and it's wonderful when we don't need to miss eachother, the happy singer says.

Marimekko's chief executive Kirsti Paakkanen admitted being Tarja's admirer.
- I'm a huge fan of Tarja's, I've been since her Nightwish days. We will work together in the future as well.
